FML! Blueberry Muffin Mix Overnight Oats are taking over my household
I’m hooked on this delicious creation - that takes like Blueberry Muffin Batter and is loaded with healthy goodness.
Bonus, I make 8 at once and enjoy them all week. I’ve been eating 2 servings a day, meal #1 and in the afternoon for a snack, because it brings me lots of joy and fuel. I better start making more because my son is now snagging moms food for his own breakfast. Nothing makes my mama bear heart happier than my kiddos loving my healthy creations.
Ingredients:
- 30 g oats (Not Instant)
- 1 tbsp (12 g) chia seeds
- 5 g flax meal
- 20 g blueberries (frozen for fresh)
- 8 g toasted coconut flakes
- 2 oz water
- 6 oz Owyn vanilla Pre-made protein shake
- Dash of Cinnamon
Directions:
I measure out each item using a food scale for portions and add to a glass jar. After stirring ingredients, I store them overnight in my fridge.
When it’s time to enjoy, I take the lid off and microwave for 60 seconds before enjoying.
